Biography:

Ms. Brasch specializes in creditors’ rights both in and outside of a formal bankruptcy filing.  During her career in New York, she represented debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, secured creditors and debtors in possession financers in some of the biggest cases of the day.  Over the last ten years of her practice, Ms. Brasch has focused on representing secured and unsecured creditors with an eye towards maximizing recovery at minimal cost.  Her experience in all aspects of bankruptcy practice, extensive network of relationships and reputation in the bankruptcy bar enhance her ability to achieve positive resolution with minimal litigation.


From her many years in the bankruptcy arena, Ms. Brasch is also a well trained corporate attorney and has represented several companies during their last few years as their general counsel.  As such, she is involved in all aspects of their businesses including formation, asset sales, acquisitions, employment and commercial contracts of all types:  employment agreements, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, outsourcing agreements, software licensing agreements, leases and more.  Her long-standing connection with her clients and familiarity with their business promotes cost efficient delivery of practical legal advice that effectively deals with the specific issue at hand and dovetails with the client’s big picture strategy.
