Ms. Choe is a transactional attorney focusing her practice on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling and securities matters.  She has extensive experience in reviewing, negotiating and implementing a wide array of corporate and commercial contracts, including asset and stock purchase agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, third-party service and vendor contracts, indentures, strategic alliance agreements, non-competition agreements, escrow agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and corporate governance documents.  Ms. Choe's experience also extends to representation of issuers, underwriters and other financial intermediaries in structuring and executing securities transactions and disclosure matters, including public and private debt and equity securities offerings.

Prior to joining FSB, Ms. Choe practiced with the Corporate and Corporate Insurance Groups of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP where she developed and implemented complex insurance capital markets transactions efficiently to meet client objectives and ensure regulatory and legal compliance.  She has particular expertise in structuring and negotiating life settlement transactions, premium finance loans and insurance-linked securities transactions, as well as sale and purchase of portfolios of insurance policies.  She has also managed multi-state regulatory compliance matters for financial services companies, including extended warranty/service contract providers, third party administrators and life settlement providers.  In addition, Ms. Choe has experience in U.S. immigration and nationality legal matters, including preparation of petitions and applications for immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization and removal/deportation proceedings.

Having represented clients as wide-ranging as public companies, international and domestic private equity funds, investment banking and securities firms, small- to mid-sized companies and individuals, Ms. Choe is dedicated to using a results-oriented approach to the practice of law.  She focuses on delivering practical, yet effective legal solutions to enable her clients to achieve their business objectives with efficiency.
