Mr. Falgoust specializes in securities law and in corporate and general business law.  He has experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel.  While in-house, he was responsible for legal issues related to corporate governance, securities law compliance, marketing, customer service, forward and reverse logistics, and wireless services.  He has extensive experience with confidentiality agreements and license agreements and has negotiated and drafted asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, stockholder agreements, and a wide variety of ancillary and supporting documents.

Mr. Falgoust uses a business oriented approach to the practice of law.  He understands business people and communicates legal advice in an efficient and cost effective manner.  Mr. Falgoust focuses on delivering practical advice to his clients that can be implemented with minimal interruption on their daily business routine.

Mr. Falgoust is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Texas.  He is a member of the Texas Bar and the Dallas Bar Association
